How many people can the homes accommodate?

The apartment in the centre of San Lorenzo comfortably sleeps 4 adults plus a baby (100 m²), while the traditional mountain hut, 5 km away, sleeps up to 6 people in three double bedrooms.

Can I get here and get around without a car?

Absolutely – and we warmly encourage it! Since 27 June 2026 the new sustainable mobility service Paganella Bye Bye Car has been running. You can arrive by train at Trento station and take the direct bus: there are departures every 30 minutes from 06:18 to 23:17.

Connections to San Lorenzo Dorsino run every hour, every day of the week.

Once here, an extensive shuttle network (every 15 minutes) takes you to Andalo, Lake Molveno and the trailheads of the Adamello Brenta Nature Park. Leave the car at home: the only footprints you’ll leave here will be those of your hiking boots.

Is there parking near the mountain hut?

The hut has covered parking under a private carport with room for one car, plus open space for two more; when it snows, we recommend parking in the Adamello Brenta Nature Park public car park, about 80 metres above the house.

Is there parking near the apartment?

For the apartment in the village you can park freely on the street 30 m from the entrance. The small covered garage can be used on request for bicycles, scooters and e-bikes.

You will also have a convenient outdoor parking space next to the house and several free public car parks a little further up.

Where are the Casa Pariani homes?

We offer a cosy home in the centre of San Lorenzo Dorsino and a traditional mountain hut reachable by car at 1,000 metres, 5 km from San Lorenzo Dorsino, surrounded by nature.

What is included in the homes?

In both our homes (Casa Pariani and the Masadega dei Pariani mountain hut) we provide everything you need for maximum comfort, combining mountain charm with modern conveniences and full respect for the environment.

These are the main services always included in your stay:

Parking: A parking space is always guaranteed. Casa Pariani has a reserved outdoor space, a small garage for bicycles/motorbikes and public parking nearby; the Masadega dei Pariani has a convenient wooden carport for your exclusive use.

Linen and toiletries: We provide all clean bed linen (sheets) and bathroom linen (sets of towels), plus essentials such as soap and toilet paper.

Welcome breakfast: On arrival you’ll find a basic breakfast set with tea, coffee, cereals and hot chocolate.

Fully equipped kitchen: Both homes have a complete kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob, kettle, juicer, pots and pans, crockery and basic seasonings (oil, salt, pepper).

Connectivity and entertainment: Free Wi-Fi throughout the house, Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video subscriptions included, and an Alexa voice device to play your favourite music.

Eco-friendly heating: Central heating powered by renewable sources (pellet boiler and solar thermal panels). In summer the houses stay naturally cool (we still provide tower fans).

Cleaning and safety: In the mountain hut you’ll find a robot vacuum and mop to keep the floors clean effortlessly. For your complete safety, the houses have carbon monoxide detectors.

For children: On request we provide free equipment for little ones, including a travel cot and a high chair. Board games and toys for children are always available.
